Refund policy
At Nakedly Yours, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality bath and beauty products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you were expecting or you may change your mind after making a purchase. To ensure our customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase, we have created the following refund policy:
- Refunds are only available for products that are returned within 15 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We do not offer refunds on gift cards or digital products.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the return shipping process, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
